Coaching - not just for Executives

With a growing focus on self and an already huge presence of a 'what's in it for me' generation, what used to, many years ago be a service associated with Execs and sports, is now undeniably for everyone! That's right, absolutely everyone!

How does a Coach help?

A coach can support your personal and professional development in a number of ways:
- Challenge your blocks
- Question you current position or your chosen path
- Facilitate exploration of options
- Help you see beyond what you thought you were capable
- Hold you accountable to your actions

A coaches purposes is to focus you on solution and action. As a coach I hold my vision as my intention - a world where people live with purpose and happiness, with an intention this high my focus is your success.

Non-negotiables

Where to draw the line. Notice my intention is at its core a positive one, the values I hold for my business are those I hold to my practice as a coach and as a human on this planet. I would never compromise these values, and in essence coach a person who didn't have and overall alignment to them.

What works for you

This is what makes finding a coach a special journey, it's really important that you connect. Shop around, talk with potential, read testimonials...and  have a couple of sessions to try it out.

The commitment you are making in this relationship is to you and your growth. The coach will in the ways explained above be holding you accountable to that commitment.

Be your best!
