Who are the programs for?

This program is for the those committed to their expansion, who wants to create deep change and alignment with life, release in all aspects of your being to bring more balance and presense, and truly level up in physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Why are the programs when 'one session gets results'?

One session absolutely gets results on the thing that you want to get a shift around. The programs are designed for all of life. They come packed with foundational beliefs systems that have made me a healthier, more wholesome, loving, compassionate and graceful Being.
Imagine if we were all more of that to ourselves and each other!

How do I get started?

The programs are facilitated in group or '1-2 to 1' sessions. 1-2 to 1 session are already available. Get in touch if you're ready to start.

What are the 1-2 to 1 sessions in the programs?

These sessions are for the individuals or couples.

Are sessions in person or online?

Can programs be offered over a short period?

What's the difference between the Programs and Private Sessions?

The Programs are structured, to guide you through whole life healing and expansion.
The Private Sessions are led by you. Your first session includes self-love and self-worth beliefs and then we work on what is a priority to you.

It was a really great way to say goodbye to 2025 and welcome in 2026. Part of the day involved writing down some words about the previous year. I decided to burn those words on the new moon.
