So what do you need to do to join?

Simply click here and sign up, and I'll send you the #30DayClarityChallenge. We'll be doing an official start on 1st May, but don't worry if you miss it. Simply make your day one the day you sign up, and tick your days off as you complete them.

Why is it 30 days? Well everyone else seems to be doing it, so why not me too! No no, it's 30 days because first it fits a one month period really well (except my favourite - February!), and guess what...it take 20 days to consciously create a new habit so continuing on for another 10 is really going to lock it in there!

It is not the end when you get to day 30, so don't stop after that...it's the beginning to amazing change and wellness. You may have seen that I've created my own 365 butt challenge...having successfully completed a number of 30 challenges, with great results, it was clear that I needed more consistency...so I now have a great morning ritual of butt exercises to keep the rear perky all year round! This is the same, it's all about keeping body, mind and spirit perky all the time.
