Self-sabotage

The problem

Ever had a time when you were working on a project, and then some other tasks came along and you decided to do them because they were more urgent...or if you got those other tasks done then you could focus better on the really important project.

It's highly likely that you haven't noticed that you're doing it...self-sabotage is quite the trickster.

So this tip is about becoming aware and being in more observance. Here's one way, it'll take a little bit of effort but it's worth it.

Tip time

When you're about to work on that important project observe your thoughts around your engagement with starting and working on it. Notice when you get distracted with something else, and when you do ask yourself why you stopped working on the project, and keep asking why until you get to an emotional response/driver.

Step it up

So many of us don't actually realise that we are self-sabotaging (errr...guilty as charged!). Our mind can be incredibly creative in covering up self-sabotage, and it takes some conscious curiosity and questioning to dig around in there to find out what's really stopping us from creating our dreams.

In my online masterclass I teach you the how you can uncover your saboteurs AND a simple and powerful way to overcome them!
