If you don't start, you won't finish
Goals or change can seem quite overwhelming sometimes...often thoughts that you don't have what it takes may cross your mind. What do you do?
Write down an extensive list of all of your skills and capabilities...then leave it be overnight.
The next day create a new list of all the things you think you need to be able to achieve your goal or to have change...then leave it be overnight.
The next day go back to your first list, add three more items to it, and then, and only then, compare it to your second list and start ticking off what skills you have already.
Then START working towards you goal or change...you don't need to have every skills you think you needs, you only need the skills you currently have to get started...the rest will come, as will many others I'm sure!
